The Job Management feature of iLuminix has various benefits for recruiters:

• Job Posting: To start with the process, iLuminix job posting feature lets you enter the job and the associated requirements. The administrator can assign jobs to internal HR executives or registered partners (external) for later follow ups.
• Apply Resume: To take the task to the next stage, resumes can be applied against the posted jobs through different input channels: Internally by HR personnel ( new resume or existing resume already in the database) or externally (by registered partners, or candidate). To screen the resumes fastidiously, the resume form aims at capturing all the basic and necessary details.
• Resume Status update: Resumes in large numbers can be a nightmare for the HR executives, therefore this utility lets them leave notes or update their status to narrow down the hiring process.
• Resume Search: iLuminix lets you search the resumes very quickly. The search parameter can range from ‘Source’ of the resumes to ‘Job Categories’. For further reviewing, export option lets you extract an ‘Excel worksheet’ from the reports.
• Job Search: Tracking applications for different jobs is further eased by the ‘Job search’ option. The tool lets you search job by its keywords making a wide array of words pull the same desired result.
