Work Order

Working with partners means maintaining a separate database of the introduced candidates and managing invoices. iLuminix lets you manage everything right form work order creation to invoice management.

• Work Order: iLuminix provides the facility for workorder creation. If a candidate gets selected, a workorder gets created and is sent to supplier for acceptance. This also generates the login details for the consultant/candidates to be used for Time Sheet submissions.
• Time Sheet: This module enables consultants to fill their timesheet and submit for approval.
• Invoice Management: This module enables suppliers to raise their invoices. The raised invoices are directed to the appropriate finance managers for their approval and status management of the same.
